The Stupid politics of pvp

So holding on to dear hope alone. I have been taking a break from my NB and just messing around in under vet pvp in the hope that zos fixes some of the bad choices they have made of late... Don't mean to be a downer to you Devs but you kinda did screw up.
Any way .. Being part of a few good pvp guilds i know there is politics in pvp namely the choosing of who gets EMP and who does not. For two days i pushed to get some random person emp jumped on multiple ts to get some help. Yet to no avail, i was met with a lot of "i don't know him so no" Or " We want it on our red toon " Even when i pushed enough to get the guy within one keep. I got sent tells saying do not get that guy EMP.

My gripe is, pvp is being not only wrecked by .... poor decisions by the devs. But also you the pvpers, when Mr joe blow who finally gets a weekend off and say hey i might have a chance at getting that title. Only to be screwed over by you guys because he is A: new or B: not on anyone's A list. I myself just through playing got my sorc to number one spot, in the plan if i got the EMP title i would just change to Auzra and let the next guy in line have a shot at it ... once i took all the scrolls to make it easier of course :-)

So not only is this something that i think Zos needs to address, but us the players. Give the little guy a shot that may be new to the game. Yeah he might be a crap Emp but its nothing for the old DK army to take back.

So if you have ever been on the top of the ladder and wondered why no one seams to push when they could. Chances are your just being screwed over by your own faction.

So just to keep things fun and yes i have enjoyed some of the little under vet skirmishes. Just pvp for the sake of pvp, not who is or who is not on leader boards.
And FYI i could have lvled out of under vets but just to be an ass hat myself to those who where an *** to the random player from earlier on the week. Im keeping my toon AP up while avoiding the XP just to make sure you know how it feels for them. 1 day to go and 80k AP lead so unless you plan on ap farming friends you to will not get EMP this week.

Blackwater politics are always politics. All of the major players there are in all three factions (or at the very least in two) and use that to crown their handpicked chosen son for that cycle.

I like to throw a little wrench into the works, because not a single person on blackwater has ever been able to compete with me for Ap when I try. (eleven cycles I have been at number 1, 2 of them I was crowned emp)

Its just a lot of childish, petty, nonsense. Dont let it bug ya. It doesnt bug me. Soon enough ill be back at it, this time on AD with my baby sorc Victoria (who has been number 1 for AD five times in the last year, and because of politics got screwed out of emp all five times) to muck up the works again.

Maybe not this week or even this month, but soon enough. I genuinely enjoy denying the "entitled" idiots on blackwater, it makes my day when they cry and squirm. And yet to this day ive been emp there on two toons, and was the first ever for EP, despite their protests and backstabbing.

Dont get me started on the stupid politics in this game, if its a enemy they die, if its on your own side, then earn it bloody fairly, without the backhanded crap that goes on.

There are those who have grudges against me... some from the forums, some from in game vet pvp that go to whatever lengths they can to "get back at me" in some petty way.

I chalk it up to that. Jokes on them though, for all their efforts I prevailed in the end. =D

Whats really funny is that most of the really strong EP on blackwater currently are Vet PvP guildies of mine in Guild of Shadows. Even they were doing what they should have done and not help me, but in fact did all they could to stop me. The good natured trash talk in GoS guildchat was funny to the others not involved I am sure.
