To go in line with all of other ZOS's changes I say we introduce a new set.
Introducing Zergbreaker
When you are severely outnumbered, this set increases your physical and spell resistance by 30,000. Increases your spell and weapon damage by 15,000.
Also there's a 10% chance to proc an explosion, dealing 25,000 magicka damage to surrounding enemies.
I'm not sure about the numbers yet. They may need to be toned down a little. Just a bit.
Think about pvE aswell when suggesting to remove the damage increase cap ... make it PvP only and I aggree!
The radius for evaluating enemy numbers (NOT the explosion radius of effect) needs to be much larger, something in the range of 28m like BoL radius.
Base damage of 5k seems perfect.
The damage needs to scale strongly for larger numbes. Up to 4 enemies, no scaling. 4 to 8 enemies, damage increased by 5% for each one, meaning everyone is hit by 5k + ( 20% to 40%). If 8 to 12 enemies, 10% for each. More than 12 enemies 20% for each.
Damage is the same for every target. One evaluation of numbers, similar to LOS check.
Examples:
1 player = 5000
3 players = 5000 each
6 players = 5500 each ( 5. & 6. player each add 5%)
10 players = 8000 each (5. to 10. player each add 10%)
15 players = 16000 each (5. to 15. player each add 20%)
20+ players = 16000 each and ignores mitigation and shields.
Now you got yourself a zergbuster.
Magicka detonation is supposed to be a zerg buster in pvp. In a small group, it works against an unorganized zerg. However, against an organized train, it doesn't really wipe them.
The tooltip states that it has a cap 25%. Please remove the cap!! It will reduce player stacking!

This is pro-zerg anyway - this just helps the zerg that mass casts the skill first - stop pretending otherwise.

I've been trying to get this skill for months x.x I can pretty much run around inside a zerg and I think I could actually be a zerg breaker lol... but seriously it being rank 7 sucks. u want these zergers to cringe? make it a automatic skill like the soul gem filler skillZergs solved right there o.o
IE if every level 10 scrub could spam this shiznick... good bye safety in numbers zergs. if I could be standing in IC and be like okay guys slot ur Detonation Zerg is coming our way... I'm 90% sure it would be an insane deterrent.
