I do want to try to RP ingame someday but on PS4 it is very voice reliant. The problem is that I have a voice that cannot possibly suit any characters and other speech issues that my be tolerated in casual play but... is it still possible for me to try doing RP without sounding like a complete dumb ass?

Even if you don't sound like one of the in-game voice actors, simply using certain vocabulary can be good enough. Totalitarian✭✭✭✭✭I hate my voice (though it isn't as bad as I previously thought)
One time I had to record myself teaching a pre-calculus lesson for an online class, and when I played it over to ensure quality, I was cringing at the sound of my nasally voice.
I also remember how one time, about 4 years ago, I said that I would learn how to talk like a female (meaning with female timbre) over the summer. I think I tried it once before I was too lazy to continue. Part of me wonders if I'd have been able to do that.
Regardless, I can't accurately portray the voices for any of my characters.PC NA CP 531+
