Crown Store needs just one more item...

I don't really care about the Crown Store one way or another. I just play the game and earn stuff the old fashioned way.

BUT... if you put a "Signet Relic Stone Ward of Skipping the Main Quest" in the Crown Store, I swear on Molag's left Bal I will pay for it. I played this game on PC, and now on console. I have made multiple characters in order to have choices when I play. Different races, factions, builds. But the only way to move into vet ranks is to play the main story again and again and again, like it's Ground Hog's Day.

Please, ZoS...I love the game...but please let me skip the Main Story line. You don't have to write a whole new storyline or anything. I can suspend disbelief and turn my eyes away. You could make the blind drunken former emperor tell me I'm a d-bag and I should just leave and go to the other faction. Maybe you could make my character fall in love with that SheBeast Lyris Titanic and we run off to the other faction to elope (just before I leave her indefinitely). I don't care what stupid idea you have to mush together to make it happen...

JUST LET ME SKIP THE MAIN STORY!

Couple of issues here.
What would you do about the skill points you get from the main quest?
How would you go about leveling the Soul Magic skill line since that is leveled by doing the main quest?

I'd be happy to just get a skip option on the cutscenes.

The player is the same person... so... there's that.

1. That's a rhetorial question, but I'll bite. A: To make you feel important.
2. Good question, but needs a follow-up. Was Phil a Nightblade or a Templar?

A: I would gladly give up the skill points in the same way that I don't chase down every skyshard. Just my choice, I guess.
A: Soul magic, Shmoul Magic. I have no problem finding or paying for gems, don't need my soul to explode upon death (which is odd, since I'm not supposed to even have a soul at this point), and I don't use any of the abilities like Soul Trap, Soul Strike, Soul Survivor, Soul Kitchen, Soul Splosion, or Soul Train.

And...they could at least make it so I don't have to ride all the way back to town after each quest just to see the hologram of Drunky McEmperor reappear and tell me..."Oh, wait...one more sthing...meet me at thze Harrbrrage."
