This is my favorite build for I.C actually you can get insane Heavy attacks if done right. So here is my layout take into consideration I am a Tank and have stats speced to do so and am able to still have a viable build for pve/pvp. I use a 5 piece ravaged and a 5 price dough king slayer set and 1 peice Mola kena for pve and for pvp I like to use 4 price dough king and 2 peice kena. I use flawless dawn breaker for wpn dmg, rally,molten arament,wrecking blow, brawler and this one is really up to you but for crit I use evil hunter. Now the survivability portion of this is basically gonna be brawler and rally always use rally before combat for the bonus heals and weapon damage the brawler is really for mobs of 3 or more and will give you damage shield now you still have to be mobile enough to dodge a.o.e so I circle mobs and brawler and it is really effective. Now for your burst dps this is my absolute favorite and can produce very high numbers on undead and dead like 50k a target for 1 sec. Stealth use rally then evil hunter then arament sneak up on mob and heavy attack then dawn breaker it is really important you block the second dawn breaker cracks because you can use animate cancelation and presto it's like magic.
