Eso plus membership not received crowns

Im an eso plus subscriber and have not received my crowns this month! The first 2 months i received them, i also have a friend who has not received his! Anyone else having this problem?

    I'm having the same issue and I can't get a straight answer from customer support. I keep getting the same automatic message telling me to provide proof of purchase and what not but even after sending them that I got another automatic message saying something about can do refunds. It's getting ridiculous.

    Same here screenshots tickets bla bla no more reaction from Support they just ignoring it and i lost money

    I got a reply after sending proof of purchase, they said they will be sending the case on to the correct department but heard nothing since then! I have about 3 friends who also haven't received their crowns, so it seems to be a wide spread issue but they dont acknowledge the problem! Getting silly now

    Same here for myself today. Did not receive crowns. My son still hasnt received from last month and will be charged for another sub again today. A lot of people are having this problem. They need to resolve this issue between zos and microsoft asap. Having to send in proof of purchase and jump through all the red tape and correspondence will get old real quick if this happens every month. Someone has a glitch in their system and it needs to be addressed, especially when it concerns payment of services not received.

    Please buy a PC and try again. If the problem persists, chances are you forgot to turn on the PC and are still using your console to play this game.

    Same problem so I canceled my eso plus subscription trash and I constantly get sced from game this a flipping joke

    Same problem. Got my crowns the first 2 months. After that, nothing. I reached out to customer support, submitted everything they asked for, and got tired of waiting. After a week of me submitting the information and not hearing back, I contacted MS and cancelled and got my money back.

    You got your money back?? How much swearing did you use? ESO is a big rip off! Got my first two sets of crowns, but never the third. The rep at Microsoft said, "Wait till the end of the month then they will appear. Or, possibly before." WTF? Nobody knows anything! I got my crafting high enough to justify stopping it. But the monthly crowns were the deal breaker to buy. No crowns? Flush it down. F-it! I am still owed my CROWNS ZENIMAX! CROOKS!

    I have had this problem 3 out of the 4 months I've had Eso Plus and they still won't fix it or give you crowns. I've had to buy crowns on the side because I never get mine. HOW IS THIS A PROBLEM FOR SO LONG?! Horrible customer service with this game.

    The crowns where the only sweetener for me to subscribe, i'm vet 16 already so dont need the xp boosts, if i dont get my crowns next month i'm gonna cancel, i've saved enough crowns to buy imperial city anyway
