For that you would need the vastly OP exploration. Training only gives skill exp.

Loot system has been a broken joke since launch. They neither address it nor make it any better patch after patch except for bandaid fixes. RNG is the best loot system they can fathom. Latest "fix"...double the drop so you can be twice as mad at the RNG.....

woa woa woa... Why are you opening vaults at v13? Save your trophies until your v16. I mean if you get an Arcane willpower ring at v13 its worthless, but at v16 its like 350k.
It's no worse than all of the jewelry that I have that is Reduce Cost of Spells by X, and then adds X Stamina. No bueno.

Work 12 hour shift, come home and try and have some fun in ESO for the two hours you can before having to go to bed, only to get ganked over and over and over and over again, losing a thousand stones.
Good thing you get the trophies - a chance at extra loot. Too bad the loot seems to suck majestically.

It is, its actually a very underrated trait i use it all the time.

7x exploration is ALOT of exp just by running around.

I hear that from people and seen some good numbers but the bonus ex of all training levels your armor and weapons a lot faster then the xp from exploration. For me unlocking those passive will help me a lot more then a big xp buff to what's already little one time xp
yea guess its just opinion ... if you using the skills youll hit 50 in it before you even make it to vet, with exploration set youll hit vet faster ... /shrug
Same reason i dont like the first racial trait, if you are using it youll hit 50 way before you hit max level ... its a useless passive.
