Questions about time cards....

Stoneforge
1) Have you changed the minimum offered time from 30day to 60 days?

The time card duration has been 30, 90, 180 day since the beginning and is currently stated on the website FAQ

https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/

2) Do you have a list of participating retailers?

Internet searches on most major retailer websites indicates zero results for ESO time cards. The only place I have found them is on Amazon for a 60-day card.

3) Will the Bethesda store sell them?

Several articles around the time of release stated that the Bethesda store will sell them.

Please, make an official post with the time card options and a list of participating retailers. With so many additional logistical issues, It still feels like your are not supporting this as a valid payment option.(which was advertised as an official method)

I would like to use time cards. I don't even mind the 60 day version. But I really want the option to buy a digital code from Zenimax/Bethesda. Getting the card from Amazon gets another game/disc case. Pointless waste of plastic and shipping for a 3X5 card with a code.

Green to the extreme? I know Amazon ships the time card through the U.S. mail delivered to your mailbox. Not that much waste. ZOS should sell digital time cards but they probably would figure you may as well pay for a regular subscription. Where it would work is for people who want to gift some game time to another player like during Christmas.

    An interesting observation......

In other words, it appears that ZOS has the incentive to not fully supported time cards because they want you to sign up for a recurring subscription. This would definitely explain why they appear to have such difficulty fulfilling this part of their service while other companies easily provide this type of standard service.

That might be. But until they get their billing system straightened out, I don't really want to set up a recurring sub. I intend to stay subbed at this point, but I want to use a method that they haven't managed to mess up. Yet.
