Why is it always a sign in issue?

It's never that the servers are down or some things are unavailable it's just you can't sign in. Everytime Xbox Live or ESO stops working, it just says it's a sign in issue but everything is still working just fine. I don't get it. Is it really that hard to take care of? Is it getting "hacked" or can't handle too many people signing in at once and it shuts down? It's been weekly that either Xbox Live or ESO(mostly NA) has a sign in issue. Then everytime Xbox Live goes down and comes back up then ESO is down. Maybe it's something I'm not understanding but it doesn't make sense.

Flu Jerky✭✭Well I've been known as one to get on ZOS for things.... but apparently, there was an issue earlier with logging into XBox Live all together. It recently cleared up. It may be not only an ESO issue (not speaking from complete experience as I've just tried to get on only recently), but from what I've heard and am reading... XBox has had some problems these last few hours. Not only ESO...0 -
firenightwolfb14_ESOSoul ShrivenWell, you see Xbox servers have been up and running for a couple hours now but ESO is still down for Xbox one users. It's not Xbox live anymore as it is working fine with everything except ESO. So they need to fix their login issues clearly it was just the mass number of people trying to log in right after Xbox live came back.0
