I just got offline with xbox support. I can play watchdogs and call of duty online, so the xbox live services are working properly after the earlier issue. The issue is now on your end. Please look into .....

99sitrSoul ShrivenIt's odd that live issues even effect ESO. I mean their social aspect (XBOX Live) isn't even tied into ESO since the last patch. Anyone you play with in-game will not register on your "recent players" section of the friends area on the home screen. Also apparent in how the friends list will not populate or work correctly in the game anymore.

Balibe✭✭✭✭in either case ... i would think they would be talking to each other on this issue. i got a live chat going with xbox support within 5 minutes to determine my live services were working properly.
it has been over an hour and the zos support has yet to say anything, answer to a forum post, reply to a support email or answer the support phone line. . this is very sad they cannot do any kind of response. it just shows how much they care about the community that supports this game ... they don't care.
at this rate, this game will not last long ..... been playing mmo's for 15+ years and never seem this bad of support. once The Repopulation out of alpha stage, I am gone from here.0 -
I just got off the phone with Xbox Live as well. Everything on their end is running properly, we ran all diagnostic checks, all my other games and apps are working fine onine. The elder scrolls online server is not connecting to Xbox live. Please let us know something. A simple "we are aware of the problem and are working on it" would be great .2 -
