Maintenance for the week of November 17:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – November 17
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 17, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
Due to a hardware issue, the European Xbox megaserver is currently unavailable while we perform maintenance.

Can't access servers even though I'm connected to Live

Earlier today, people couldn't sign into live, now it's fixed except we still can't access any servers. It says "Could not connect to Xbox Live". Unless it's being stupid, i am connected to Live as every other game & app works fine. Anyone else having this problem???

    same I think Microsoft is still trying to stabilize everything after the problems they had today

    Yes, but it's an issue with Xbox Live. @ZOS_GinaBruno , not sure if you guys know about it yet or not.

    Yup same here in Oz land :( we both settled in for a lovely relaxed day of ESO gaming and all we see is Login Fail. The Log in to the game has been getting slower and slower over the past week and now finally come to a dead stop :(

    Yeah, it's not just ESO either. Pretty much all multiplayer's being affected. Except splitscreen.
    Say no to drugs.
    And nerfs. Nerfs are bad mm'kay.

    Same, I manage to connect to my gamertag, but not eso.

    And according to their status page, it's all green.

    When I look at it it still says core services are down. Eastern time

    Well they just change that I clicked now and it's green so maybe we have to give them some time

    Maybe they're doing undercover maintenance like they did when xbl went down back in late July. We couldn't log in for a good hour after xbl went back online. Was able to play gta online like a pro though.

    Yup, it's doing it to me as well and I bought the imperial edition upgrade from the crown store and was looking forward to make a imperial dragon knight.

    I'm also having the same problemo as these other folk. Hopefully it'll be back up soon. It's a public holiday today and I planned on getting my elders scrolls on...line. Awe yeah.

    We both had to login to xbox live again online and verify our accounts before we could login in on the xbox's so may be there is another security breach. Some of my friends are still playing ESO so it's weird. Hopefully they will fix it once and for all.

    Same I am unable to login and all of my other Xbox games and applications are working. this happened last time there was a Xboxlive outage after live came up ESO was down.

    I am on with support, it appears to be an ESO issue as I can do other games too. support said these games will not go online with live core services

    Yeah, I just started up battlefield 4, logged in no problem. I'm playing online right now. Eso still down......so disappointing.
