Any way to hide helmet on console ?

In MMo's on pc, some of them I was able to hide the headgear.....I read somewhere you can on pc.

Can you do it on xbox one ? If so how ?

I'm on Ps4, but I imagine it's the same. It's now located under the Gameplay tab in your options.
