V16 gold okori weap dam glyph doesn't proc on 1st heavy attack

My truly superb weap dam glyphs proc on first light attack with maul and bow, but not heavy attacks. With the first light attack I can see an increase of weap dam in my character stats, but no change with first heavy attack, using focused aim and wrecking blow on NPCs in IC. Anybody else got the same problem?

ChaosWotan✭✭✭✭✭Bumped: a friend of mine also says her v16 weap dam glyph doesnt activate on first heavy attack with maul. Hope ESO fixes this, because v16 kuta glyphs are really expensive.0

ChaosWotan✭✭✭✭✭To be honest I dont know much about glyphs either, but first light attack always activate the v16 glyph, but have not seen it happen with first heavy attack. Another friend of mine says his v14 okori glyph triggers on first heavy attack. So the truly super expensive v16 glyph seems bugged.0
