Purchased items need relogging to show up in mail

Hi, so I have this issue where a purchased item from a guild store or guild trader does not immediately show up in my mail. For this to happen, I need to log out and log back in. I have read online that there are other people encountering the same issue and the only suggestion I found was exactly what I was already doing. Anyone knows of an actual solution? Or if it is a bug, are ZOS targeting it for a patch some time soon? (it's kind of irritating...)

You don't need to log out. It just takes 10 minutes.
Easiest way if you want it straight away, use a wayshrine. You'll have your mail upon arrival.4 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's so weird. The first lot of purchases I buy before checking mail show up instantly. If you buy something else after that it will take like 30 minutes to show, or if you travel by wayshrine, instantly. Because there was always a simple enough workaround I didn't bother making a bug post, but if it could be fixed I'd highly appreciate it.1 -

Sometimes they appear right away, sometimes you just need to "zone", instead of relogging, to allow for the software to call for a complete update.

✭About this issue, there were a lot of postings in the past.. what I always suggested was to just enter the next refuge (since it's very likely that you're in a town waiting for purchased items) for the purpose to enter another location where you get a loading screen. The mails arrive immediately after you entered.
But now.. since the loading screens take about 6 months to load, I guess it'd be easier and faster to just relog...

✭✭✭✭✭It is a very weird bug/feature. It feels like the system checks for mail nonstop until you actually receive mail. Then the mail daemon goes to sleep for like 10 minutes. It is not a flat every-10-minutes thing.1 -

Flameheart✭✭✭✭✭It has always been like that and it was no issue at all, but in times of 3 min + loading screens it is now an issue. Kuroinu✭✭✭✭✭It's a really weird system that in my opinion makes you feel like you're purchasing something from "outside" of the game when using it, especially as it shows the players account tag over character name. I'd much rather items were listed in my characters name and purchases were placed into my inventory, but that's just because I'm used to that from previous MMOs.
