Guild Bank not accessible

I have a major issue with the guild bank, I can only access it few minutes after logging on and after that it won't work so I have to log off and log back on. I just went through to consolidate items since they don't stack by default (another issue) and I have spent an hour just doing that for ingredients. Can we please pretty please have this addressed it is a major issue.
