Has dual wield lost the ability for the second weapon to count towards set bonuses?
I have 5 items with Magnus' and 4 with Torug's. 2 of the Torug's are swords that I dual wield for maximum spell damage. I've always gotten credit for both - i.e. I got credit for having 4 items in Torug's Pact.
I just noticed that I'm now only getting credit for 1. If I de-equip the off-hand sword, it stays at 3 of Torug's. Still getting the increased damage.
Have they removed the ability for the off-hand weapon to count toward set bonuses? Anyone else seeing this, or are you still seeing both dual wield weapons count toward your set bonus?

rb2001✭✭✭✭Are you in a PVP campaign with Battle Level on? Battle Level is basically a horrendously awful mechanic, and renders most set bonuses useless.0 -
I am (or was, at least) in a PvP campaign. Maybe that's it. No idea if battle level is on. I'll check.

After the update, if you're under vr14 you get a health bonus and also stamina or magicka, depending on which one you're lacking. Along with that, you also get a major spell/weapon damage decrease. Maybe you can get rid of that if you turn battle level off.
