20 FPS and Lower in Huge fights FIX?

Don't get me wrong I like the way the "fixes" are headed for 50+ person RvR battles. I much prefer graphical lag than the old 500+ ping lag. I am just wondering if anyone has found any magical user settings to help alleviate sub 20 FPS drops.

LiquidZ✭✭✭I keep playing for about 2 minutes. Everything works fine. Then everything stops. Ping goes up to 2000 and then disconnected. Teamspeak works fine. Internet is all good. Something is *** on the server end right now.0
