Is there a way to see my percent heath, mana, and stamina? What about damage?

Is there a way to see my health, stamina, and mana as a number on the bars?
When I can see things as numbers it makes things more easier to plan and I hate guessing at how much I think I have.

✭On PC you can with addons, search google a bit for things that can do that.
I dont think theres any way to do that for console though as they cant use addons.1 -

I tried that one last week, but parts of it UI would just randomly hide itself and I had to keep reloading the UI. Uninstalled it in the end. Would rather something official we can toggle on and off.0 -

Until mods are allowed on console, I don't think there will be an option. Things are looking good though, with fallout 4 allowing mods on console, perhaps other game companies will follow their example!
