Currently in chillrend aldmeri are boxed in to there home base. with no sign an end its a nightmare there just arent any people in cyrodil since IC

The other day I logged into Trueflame PC/NA and saw a sea of red on the map. A guild I belong to got the word out and we pushed the red so far back that the emperor was deposed and an AD one crowned. Later that night we had left and the red reclaimed most of what they'd lost.
Nothing is static in Cyrodiil, the only constant is change.
