Light From The Darkness (Coldharbour) Prism Puzzle not working!

Hi there, everybody!
Im in Coldharbour at the minute, and Im going the quest 'Light from the Darkness'. Im at the bit with the Prism/Crystal Puzzle thing. Ive activated the main Crystal thing, but there is no beam from the Main Crystal. Im trying to do the puzzle, but every time I do something to the crystals, a glowing white light appears on the top of the crystals, but no beams. Im really stuck on this quest! Does anybody know how to fix it?

The crystal is rotating but you won't be able to see the beam. When you manage to place the crystal in the right angle the other crystal will activate... so... it's bugged but we you can still finish. It's just harder.

✭✭✭As I have stated in all the other threads made about this you can tell which way the beam is aiming by a little nub protruding from the light in the crystal. If you don't rotate the crystal too quickly it will have time to update and you won't overshoot it since it doesn't smoothly update all the time.Guildmaster of Power With Numbers in PS4 NA Server's Aldmeri Dominion.

kupacmac✭✭✭/agree with UltimaJoe777. You're rotating it too fast. Give it 30-40s each time you rotate it before doing so again.0
