Could somebody give me information or link me to the appropriate thread regarding all the caps in the game sincethe DLC?

As I understood it used to be just physical/spell resist at 50% mitigation(roughly 33k). Could anyone clarify?

Well for one you can go to the link in patch notes I believe. In Cyrodiil it is 50% damage, shield, and all regeneration. If you are under vet 14 you will automatically set at roughly 20k magicka, 30k health, and 16k stamina. Somewhere around there. Your resistance in both spell and physical will be around 9k

This also means that your "370 max magicka" glyph or your "440 max health" wont have an effect. Same with armor set bonuses.

What will have an effect though are "percentage" passives. Such as "increase max magicka by 5%" that will increase your set level. Mundus stones will also have an effect.

If you are pre vet 14 you can use this to your advantage, using mostly % based passives. There was a very good topic about non vet campaigns that is very relevant to this as well.

I'll try digging around a bit more thoroughly. So are the base resistances still the same regarding pve? 50%mitigation on resistances (roughly 33k) and nothing else?

I heard about a cap of around 30k for resistances, but I'd like to have more info on that as well. If you find anything, please let us know here!

Will do. I primarily play xbox, but maybe I'll boot up my pc version and just spend a week or so Stat capping >_<

I'm just surprised that someone hasn't already published any info on it. Only thing I've heard is from Delia that he THINKS the resist hard cap is still around 33k as it was previously, but he didn't seem too sure of himself.

I'll post here when I find out the details. Mind you, I'll only be digging into vr16.

I'm not sure what values you are seeking for but I can confirm that the resistance is capped at 33000 at V16. You can see someone else's raw data and analysis at https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/3mic08/update_7_armor_and_spell_resistance_mitigation/

While most of my equations are based on magic damage, a considerable amount is transferable to physical damage.

My other curiosity is regarding any other Stat caps, primarily for PvE.
Did they bring anything back to the game or are there still no caps on anything aside from resist?

I can't recall any other caps apart from crit chance being less than 100.
