Acquiring v15 recipes (Provisioning)

Hey guys just wondering if v15 recipes can be acquired through writs? I'm beginning to feel the answer is no but was just checking in to see if anyone has had any different luck than myself. I've only acquired them via looting in ic.

    Find them in IC or in the Guild Stores

    Yep those are the only places I have gotten them as well. Was more or less wondering about the possibility of acquiring them through writs. Thanks for the reply.

    Been doing the writes everyday out in craglorn and have yet to see a v15 food or drink recipe. I'm on PC so may be different on consoles but I doubt it.

    All of mine have come from backpacks, cupboards and the like in IC. No idea where the purple ones come from, though.

    Purple vr15 recipes drop in IC in Backpacks, cupboards and mobs.. i got one off a daedroth,

    I find them daily in the sewer base searching all the backpacks.

    Its an odd one....

    The patch notes said they would drop in all the places you would usually get recipes.

    That includes writs!

    But when IC was released I opened about 50 provisioning urns on the day and not a single V15 recipe.... and have done 4 max level provisioning writs every day since... and not a single recipe.

    Many guildies are the same...

    Still haven't heard of a anybody getting them through a writ.... pretty certain now that it's bugged and they're not availible via that method.

    Got mine from IC backpacks in the base.
