Banks and storing items

I have read in many places that storing items in the bank is possible, but whenever I visit a bank there is only the option to deposit gold. How do I go about putting items in there? I have been lugging around all kinds of extra gear that I want to research, but it fills up too many slots. Am I missing something? Any advice from some veterans would be awesome. Thanks!

    Hover the items from your inventory and that should prompt you to "deposit" by selecting/pressing a key. Make sure it is your personal bank.

    Thanks. Sorry, I forgot to mention I am playing on Xbox One so I can't hover.

    I've only been playing for a couple weeks, but how do you tell personal bank from another kind?

    Oh FFS, I just went back to a bank and realized the item deposits are on a second page. I stared at that screen for quite a while too. Thanks for the help!

    Awesome, if it's any consolation, I didn't know that you can Sprint until 2 months after it released. Had a blonde moment then :). Part of the learning curve :).
