Sorry DC, I'm not sieging until they are fixed

I made a post a few days ago about bugs to sieges - you put them down then can't interact, and then they eventually break. Well, this happened about 8 times, and yesterday I lost two cold stone trebs to it (on top of the 8 regular stone trebs destroyed). That's enough. I'd rather use that AP on something that works, like wall repair kits. I won't be buying any more siege until this bug is fixed.

Had a few other weird bugs last night, but only happened once:-

- 3 people in my group including me had our health capped at 95-97%. We couldn't heal past that. Teleporting seemed to fixed it for most.
- I had mark layered on me so much the animation got stuck. I was running around with a beam of light on me for an hour. Teleporting didn't fix it, but logging out did.

The 2 above aren't priority as it's only happened once, but if you could check it out anyway that'd be appreciated. The siege thing definitely needs fixing. I don't like the idea of not helping siege, but it's just a waste of AP as it stands because 7 times out of 10 they will bug out and break.

    Lol that siege bug has been here since beta. no joke. It's most common when you place the siege and the server has a high ping spike. Usually results in the siege weapons becoming useless as you cannot use them. I remember reporting this bug in-game about a year ago. Just like the stuck in combat bug, it will never be fixed.

    I've only been in Cyrodiil for about a month, so didn't realise how old this bug was. Being a completely annoying one I was hoping it was new. Sounds like I couldn't have been more wrong!

    Happens in high lag or if you move while placing the siege. Its been around forever.

    Yeah I remember someone mentioning moving around causes it. So last night I was extremely careful to stay in position. People have been complaining about lag the past few days, so it could be down to that then. Guess I'll need to check my ping before placing a siege.. nice

    Yeah, it been around for a while. Like most of them, you pretty much learn to work around them. Watch for lag spikes, and don't drop anything but a fire treb if you are unsure.

    Everything in your original post has been here for awhile. Health getting stuck and having DoT or other animations stuck on you until you die. What's worse is not only is the animation stuck, but you can't slip into hiding. Couple other bugs like battering ram getting stuck backwards and not being able to open doors/sheath weapons is also pretty fun. Even better is when you can't activate a skill because the game is nonresponsive, but that goes even outside PvP areas.

    I am sure I have lost over 100K AP on bugged sieges. You should be able to report them and get compensated.

    450 is a lot of gold when you only have 1k. I use the gold I earn from bounties to buy mats for crafting, and the AP for siege equipment and wall repair kits. It's a pretty good system if your sieges don't continually break making me go over the AP budget.

    Welll.. What else to buy from AP now that we have a new fancy currency? In 1.6 you could sell 250k AP for 100k gold. Now? Buy siege and repair kits. Don't even know how to get rid of all the AP anymore because ZOS made it practically worthless :disappointed:

    And yeah, those bugs are old. The health thing is especially annoying when it's stuck at 58% or so

    I don't provision, so I spend a lot of AP on food. The health+stamina return on the food isn't bad at all from Siege vendors. The rest goes on wall repairing. Comes in handy when DC don't communicate and blow holes in two walls on opposite sides of a keep.
