Can I hand over the ownership of the guild I created to someone else and create a new guild?

I created a guild and I no longer want to run that guild anyone, but there are people that still want to be in it. Can I leave the guild to my second in comand. Leave the guild and create another one?

You can promote someone else to guildmaster, and go create an new guild. The character you promote doesn't even need to be level 10. Normaly you would have to be level 10 to create a guild.

Yes you can. You can even leave without promoting a player to Guild Master. In that case, the oldest member will become the Guild Master. But you can transfer the rights too.

And yes, you can start another Guild.

It's not my business, but why would you leave to start another?

I think you can just promote somebody else to guildmaster.
    EQUALIZE ALL PLATFORMS!
IF ONE HAS IT...ALL SHOULD HAVE IT!

You should be able to...since you wouldn't be leading one anymore.

There is about 52 people in the guild and almost no one contributes because i grew it the wrong way. I want to start over and keep it small and use the bank without having to worry about my stuff being stolen.

    Que?

You can change the rights of the members in such way they can't 'steal' the stuff of the guild.

But if you ask me, you can better not restart a guild. You're just a lousy guild master who's running a guild for the wrong reasons. It's rather predictable you'll mess it up again.

The stuff in the guild bank isn't your stuff, but stuff of the guild.

You just started a guild for the cheap bank inventory and you don't care about your members. They smell it, they feel it and that's why they don't contribute.

A true captain will be the last person to leave a ship alive, sir.

You can mess up your issues rather fast in your existing guild, but you lack the know-how. Practical and on a level of basic management.

Best you can do, is not restarting a guild and just play. Not everyone is capable in running a guild. You belong to that club. It's not a shame since most people can't.

You are absolutely right. I shouldn't be running a guild. At first I tried doing it right. I was trying to get pvp and pve events together and I was trying to help people out that needed it. But no one that joined wanted to interact with anyone. Then we were robbed by someone. And it got worse. I can't get anyone to participate so I can't promote anyone to an officer spot. And I don't have the time to do it all myself. That is why I'm giving it up. Leaving all the gold and items in the guild bank and handing it over to the only person that interacts with me. I want to start another guild (selfishly) to use as a bigger bank and hopefully if I'm lucky this one will end up getting some people that want to be part of a guild rather then just be in one

You need TEN ACTIVE accounts to have a guild bank
