Question: at what level do horse bags start to appear? I think level 20, but I want make certain because I'm at level 19 on bag space and IIR they look ugly. (If someone could post a pic that would be really appreciated and they would get an insightful or an awesome!)
Also do they change as you level up more?
Finally, if you get bags at level 20 for storage space, what do you get at level 20 for speed, etc.?

There is an option to hide them now found below the hide helmets option.
Don't think they change as you level up.
