So after a bit of practicing and experimenting, I've decided to go on a serious run in Cyrodiil with this build and it works pretty well. But ofc there's always room for improvement, so I'd appreciate it if you guys could have a look and tell me if it's an alright build for Cyro, if I need to change some things here and there,... any kind of criticism is appreciated :D (helpful criticism that is xD )

Race: Breton
Attributes: 64 Magicka
Mundus Stone: Apprentice
Armor: 5 Light/1 Medium/ 1 Heavy

While Dual Wielding, I have about 30k Magicka, 11k Health (both without Food buffs), 2200 Spell Damage and 1700 Weapon Damage. I'm wearing a 5 pc Phoenix Set, 3 Willpower (Jewelry), Molag Kena Heavy Shoulders and Torug's Pact Medium Gloves. All my weapons are also Torug's Pact.

Weapon Setups:

Bar 1: Restoration Staff
- Double Take
- Piercing Mark
- Impale
- Sap Essence
- Healing Ward

Ulti: Devouring Swarm

Bar 2: Dual Wield
- Dark Cloak
- Relentless Focus
- Funnel Health
- Lotus Fan/Concealed Weapon
- Mass Hysteria

Ulti: Soul Harvest

Some skills are on different bars, but your build looks pretty much like any other magicka NB build. I'm curious to know what your regen stats are.
Unsubbed and no longer playing, but still checking the Alliance War forum for the lulz.

The only real skill change for me would be to remove the double-up of Dark Cloak - I run it only on my back bar and with practice you can switch and use it almost instantly.

I would be tempted to replace it with Grim Focus on the first bar and proc that with 4 light attacks weaved with Concealed Weapon - the spectral bow hits like a truck.

Though, saying that, your offensive bar is missing an execute - you could put Impale (Assassin's Blade morph) on your front bar for a nice ranged execute.

Lotus Fan is my gap closer, i use it to get close and slow down someone, use Mass Hysteria then weave with Funnel Health

Well I could put Impale on my Resto Staff and get rid of the Dark Cloak there, considering I could use Devouring Swarm + Healing Ward to stay alive there and use the Dark Cloak + Concealed Weapon on my Dual Wield bar for a nice stun.

Regarding Grim Focus: I morphed it into Relentless Focus. But I don't know where to put it.

I would remove cloak from resto and replace with funnel. Then put relentless on your dw bar.

Glass cannon mag NBs are unbelieveable unless the person has a detect invis pot...Then not so much. Its like sorcs vs the shieldbreaker set...if someone has the counter then its death to you.
I'm kind of a small deal!

listened to your suggestions, tried it out, works pretty nicely :) Ty everyone :)

Still can't decide between Lotus Fan and Concealed Weapon. I'm leaning more towards Concealed cuz of the Stun and Sneak Speed, but Lotus is a great gap closer, snare and has DoT.

Lotus fan only puts the dot and snare on the adjacent enemys. Not the one you targeted with it. And concealed is your main dps move do NOT get rid of that.

Wait is this true? I could swear the target was getting the DOT at least. But maybe I wasn't paying attention enough to my FTC combat log. Also might explain why nobody seemed to be snared. I just thought they were removing it with cloak. Can anybody confirm this?
