Remote Play and PS TV / Dualshock 3?

Hi there.
I'm trying to get remote play to work with a Dualshock 3 (PS3 controller) on my PlayStation TV.
Remote Play itself works a champ, but there's no button mapping for mount, as near as I can tell (on DS4, you hold the touch pad to mount, and there is no touch pad on DS3).
Is there an alternative mount option? Searching on here shows a lot of Vita-related posts but not a lot of PS TV posts.

DirtyDubs✭✭Was this ever resolved? Would love to get good controls on the Vita Remote Play but was thinking of picking up a PlayStation TV. Don't fancy having to buy a second DS4.
