llllADBllll✭✭✭Master's Staffs etc only. Scale to Veteran 14. Only items in Imperial City and drops from Cyrodiil Dolmens scale to 16. Any sets available before the IC patch have not been boosted to 16 only craftable sets and the new IC sets can go to VR16.

Kuratius✭✭✭Shouldn't the leaderboard rewards scale to v16? You can get a master staff from the PVP leaderboards, but you need to find d a way to skip sleeping to get that high.5
