✭Of what I can tell by the crash report, you're running the game on Windows XP? If so, this is the problem.
I had Windows XP (32 bit) installed when update 1.6 came out, and then it started to crash every +/-5 minutes. Then I was told to upgrade to a newer OS since ESO doesn't support WinXP anymore after update 1.6. Then I did, and never crashed again even once. I decided to get myself a nice Windows 7 64 bit (not higher, I hate 8 and don't want to try 10 yet) and it works awesome
