Hi, ZOS
I have posted about this previously and never got a response. I bought a disc copy of ESO and then bought Imperial pack add on, and I never received anything in the mail relating to the "Ring of Mara" I received the imperial horse, explorer pack, but no ring
please help asap.

Are you certain? I recently bought the in-game upgrade to Imperial Edition and received all the perks along with the purchase.
Check under Consumables.It's right there in yellow letters.0
