Public dungeons
Looks like they've changed dungeon levelling again. I just went through every alliance zone and reached vr16. Thought I'd come back and do the public dungeons - first at normal level just to get the achievements. What do I find... That all the enemies are also vr16 - even at normal level. Before you could just solo these dungeons, but not any more. Can never find a group - that's why I left them until now.
