Nestmother Quest Not Completing

I've killed Nestmother in her den twice now and the map icon is not turning white and I'm not receiving the XP/achievement for killing her. I can loot her body but nothing else happens.

    I should add that I did log out and log back in between attempts.

    Same things happening to me. I've killed her at least 5 times and still nothing.

    Yep happened to me but didn't log out and then someone else came in we killed her and got the credit.
