Player Guild Halls

Now I know there's been a dozen calls for player housing, and I know it won't be considered for a long time, but I felt like throwing this out there.

Rather than just an instanced house, maybe make a 'street instance' with access to not only a player's house, but also the halls for whatever guilds they are part of. Something to set ESO apart from other MMOs with housing. A guild hall could serve as a place for players to get together, group up in one place, and provide the usual services of a guild. NPCs for the guild's bank, the market, and maybe NPCs that sell items a player could use(tabards, house furnishing with the guild's logo, etc).

What do you guys think?

Personally I think this all is far future stuff... soo much more that has to come before the game is ready for this, from TG and DB to character recustomization...

But I would like to see instanced small houses or apartment rooms as player housing, with lots of places to customize your home with art, trinkets and excentricities...

And then homestead-style guildhalls where guilds can go wild saving up for improvements and such. Stuff like stables, crafting stations and bank access are pretty much a given, but I am thinking also other effectual things... herb gardens where alchemy ingredients grow and can be harvested by guild players or other resource nodes... libraries where people can find different books in the bookshelves each day... trophy halls where special guild achievements items can be displayed... perhaps even a special "guildhall" skyshard (that of course can only be taken once, no matter how many different guilds one belongs to) - stuff like that, anyways.
