Eso plus not showing up

Well needless to say my whole family has grown tired of these issues. All still waiting to get back crowns while others in game are receiving free crowns for no reason. People are saying they are getting crowns that they are not suppose to get.
Well we just put Eso on hold for a bit and are playing Destiny. With all the mass rush to IC and the que, lag etc......we can wait to hit VR16 a little longer. I will keep my sub going on esoplus for console, but microsoft and eso need to get this problem solved between them. They have had months to sort it out.0
