VR16 Glyphs - Recipes?

I was standing at the merchant yesterday, wondering what I would have to buy (for 800 Tel'var stones) in order to enable my friend to craft a VR16 "increase spell damage" glyph for my jewelry.
Could anyone please explain those two runes and which one is used for which effect?

Peel_Ya_Cap_517✭✭✭✭The one for 800 stones that starts with "R" is the intensify one and will let you increase spell damage.. sorry but can't remember the exact name right now lolN64 NA EP1 -

Is there any source/guide somewhere? I am confused that I wasn't able to find any information on this on the internet.

remember that when enchanting dont make it more complicated then it looks.
There are essence additive and subtractive runes.
Then there are aspect runes (health, magicka, stamina, frost, poison, spell damage, spell resist, weapon damage, phyical damage... etc...etc...)
Then you have potency runes (make it green, blue, purple, or gold)
