hey guys i just wanna know if experience scroll really works? if it does, it says that it would give you 50% more xp for two hours. will you be able to level one rank if you are grinding solo in Crack Wood Cave for two hours using it? or you have to do it at least with a partner? is two hours enough to level you up one rank?

    Yes they work.

I play on the PS4 so can't tell you the exact experience difference without numbers.

I've not leveled in Crack Wood Caves but I've been averaging a vet level every 1h 20 minutes in IC solo. I have gone from vet 2 to 13 in the last two days, will finish today.

It works if you grind seriously, i.e. maximize your XP. If you're going to use the scroll and quest, don't bother. Do bother if you find a nice spot with lots of enemies you can kill relatively quickly and with a fast respawn rate (or at least a wide enough circle that by the time you reach your starting point the enemies will have respawned there). Don't kill enemies one by one, aggro as many as you can without getting too far away from the first few and losing aggro, then spam your buffs and your strongest AoE skills.

I've never been to Cracked Wood Cave so I can't tell you how much XP you can get there. In the Imperial Sewers, if you go with 1 or 2 buddies (one of them preferably a healer because your gear will be totally destroyed very quickly) and find a nice spot with no other people, you can get north of 700k XP/hour (this is with ESO+ and Psijic, but no ring of Mara). I think you maximize your XP in a 2-man group, but 2 DPS and 1 healer also make for a faster grind, and I think it evens out in the end.

In IC Sewers you are able to do 20k Exp each room in less than 2min (with eso+)
One run with 5 rooms last 10-15min (depens on the horror)

    do the math
    #makemagickadkgreataigan
    #givemeaexecute
    #ineedheal
    #betterhotfixgrindspots

You can get 350k+ XP/hour (with ESO+ and Psijic, but no ring of Mara and no group) from questing like mad in cyrodiil (the cities), so the difference between questing and grinding isn't as bad as it was before.

thanks for all the input guys. i've been trying to grind in Cyrodiil Crack Wood Cave for the past two days, and I can say I kinda like the xp I was getting. I wasn't using any xp potion or the scroll thing. Everytime I grind I average about 3 and half hours and I was able to level a veteran rank. Maybe if I was using the scroll I would level faster. I only do 3 hours because I don't wanna get bored or burned out of grinding. After grinding I go back to PVP and that's when the real fun begins. I will be trying to use the scroll when I grind since I still have 1000 crows to spend. Unfortunately I am not an ESO plus member. Still thinking about it if it's really worth getting ESO Plus
