PvP Campaign Population Bars Broken

Since the last patch apparently the PVP population bars are broken. I have had several evenings when trying to travel directly into Cyrodiil by wayshrine, and was told the campaign was full. Had to queue to enter. However the population bar only shows one bar across all campaigns.
It would be helpful to have this fixed.

BRogueNZ✭✭✭✭✭Also had to queue to a dead campaign too. 5th in queue yet top side was dead and only a handful in the shite and pee.
