PS4 Lag / "This may be an unusually long load time" message

I' play ESO on PS4, EU Megaserver by almost 2 months. I never had lag issues outside Cyrodiil, not even in the most crowded cities.
After installing IC Patch, my game is always lagging.
Always and everywhere.
The latency delay goes from very low to a couple of seconds, in places where I'm alone, but it remains fixed to a second or more where other players wander around.
Dungeons are hard to play with this problem. Even selling become tedious, as you have a 2 seconds delay between each sold item in Deshaan.
Even at its best, atm, the game feels like playing into molasses.
Moreover, I get the "This may be an unusually long load time" message during almost every first loading screen for each area.
Is this a known issue, already placed on the "list of things to solve"?

haufieldSoul Shriveni am getting the unusually long load time message a lot since the update. i hardly ever saw that message prior to the IC update. loading times have increased noticeably since the update.

Vorchack✭Same. Loading screens for at least 30 seconds, sometimes as long as three minutes. Previously only experienced lag in Cyrodiil and even that was rare. PS4, EU.1 -

The day of lauch I was able to play just fine. Ran a quick quest, then jumped off. Yesterday I log in. Which seemed like it took longer than usual. I lagged the whole time I played. First, a pack of wolves killed me and I could not attack. So, I logged off and logged back in. Seemed a bit better at first. I was able to kill that POS pack of wolves that destroyed me. haha. I moved on, I see another player fighting a pack of spiders. I decide to jump in and help kill them, only to see that the guy that was there stopped moving and was killed and none of my attacks would work once again. So I just spammed my elemental ring. No animation from it what so ever by the way. All at once they are dead at my feet and then boom. I was booted from game play and prompted with an error. It stated I was over my message limit at one time. Try not to send so many messages at once....WTF is that? I logged back in and tried playing but it was unbearable. Every where I went it was glitchy and laggy.1 -
Novustratum✭✭Same here. Even during off-peak times (like 7am EST on a Sunday), every load screen is "unusually long..." no matter what area of the game I'm going to.
Bar lock (full and partial) is also more prevalent due to the lag and is an extremely frustrating thing to go down for in pvp and lose some Tel Var Stones.Success comes from experience, experience comes from failure, failure comes from trying.0 -

Having the message on every single loading screen. Never seen before the patch. Maybe due to the enormous amount of players after IC invention.
The servers arent built for this massive run on IC. We have to wait until most of the players are bored of IC and leave the game. ZOS will not upgrade the servers for this period.

Ok so when log-in on my 41 Argonian cook there's no problem but the loading screen I get when trying to log in to my 45 breton guy is devilish. I've been waiting a few minutes now as of writing this.Fat Argonian Cook.0 -
Pyro117✭✭Same here with the long loading screens. Rarely seen before the path but approx 90% of the time switching between zones - I get the long loading screen.
However, the CE error (blue screen) have drastically improved. I haven't gotten a CE error since the IC patch.0 -
Zanfire✭From the last 2 days, lag issue are almost gone.
Rare lagspikes here and there, but for the most part the game now runs smoothly.
Loading screens are still a major annoiance. Medium time is 1m20s for a standard main area. This is not a big problem when you don't need to move around, but when you're teleporting here and there to do things and see people, these loading times make the game worst than Skyrim was.

I notice 3 things due to lag:
1) other characters appears to fast travel or blink around
2) combat lags causing health display to not agree with amount of damage dealt and causing combat motions to be choppy
3) choosing dialog options when speaking to NPCs often takes 10 seconds for the selection to register0
