So on august the 17 my ESO PLUS never given me my crowns, so i contacted the support and they said they would sort things out. Well after 2 weeks of waiting they given me my crowns, and the same thing has happened this month but they told me to contact microsoft. So i waited a couple of days and then tried again, but this time they said they send it to the correct people but it may take a couple of weeks. When they finally sort this problem out all they will say is "Sorry we have added the correct amount to your account". So come on Zenimax get your company together... And now i have asked them to change my guild name, but i guess i'll have to wait about 3 weeks.

    I totally agree with you, but they will take this thread down as soon as they see it. Can't have people talking bad about their customer service. Same thing happened to me yesterday.
