The trap is currently rearming faster/more times than it is supposed to. People exploit this by plopping one down, and walking over it pretty much means you die, end of story. The object is to displace zergs during major battles. In my opinion they should nerd the damage.

Question of a Magicka noob:
I never used this "rearming trap" ability and I have a Magicka character, so I have no idea how much damage this ability does per "snap" which he does twice according to tooltip.
Is the issue that the ability does more than two times "snap"?
Or is the issue that the damage per "snap" is too high?

Word of advice. Everything has a counter. Find it. Use it. Dont cry nerf.
Give us all the same gear,stats,abilities, and cps. Some will still cry nerf or fix it.

It's a relatively lesser know exploit atm (@CrowsDescend lets keep it that way! no more videos pls!).....Rich Lambert is already aware and working on a fix. You may have stumbled upon it unintentionally, so I give the benefit of doubt here, but I want you to be aware so as to not tote this to the entire community for further exploitation thank you.

It's okay, it won't let me upload videos anyway.. something wrong with PSN, but basically it was a video of me spawning at my base and getting trapped by trap beast, until I died and because of the Phoenix set, I basically lived but I was a dead man walking and couldn't attack or do anything but stand around enemy players and npcs as they tried hitting me, for a good 10 mins.

@ZOS_GinaBruno You have to see this. More evidence of just how broken Trap Beast is.
Edit: A video of me being trapped at the start, so you can get an idea of just how much damage this thing does. (As well as Phoenix Set bugging me out of death)
