Bosmer w/Medium Armor Stealth Passives Stack?

With the Bosmer racial passive you reduce your 'in stealth' detection radius by 1m/2m/3m and with Medium armor the Improved Sneak passive reduces the size of your detection area by 5% per piece of Medium armor equipped; I'm wondering if these passives stack?

Francescolg✭✭✭✭Yes, they do. For more "hiding" you can also get low-lvl armor.
Only buffs/effects that share the same name, as "major defile" do not stack. See your character window, to see the current active buffs, or get an addon for buffs. Google for Deltia's patch 1.6 buff list for a (soso) list of the buff's names and which skills trigger them, although his list is incomplete.
Some buffs/effects were not touched with patch 1.6, as the Stygian armor, etc..
