When you go to use one of the four new runestones when creating a VR15 - 16 glyph it seems that the reverb and echo effects are much different than the rest of the runestone sound effects when the game chants them during the glyph creation process. I think its a low frequency oscillation issue that makes it sound off par to the rest of the runestones. Do you notice it too?

    I turned off music/sfx in ESO, so didn't notice anything, sorry.

    What gets me is how steadfast ward puts a weird audio filter on sound effects coming from around you but other shields don't
