For PVE only 2h, anyone know whats better Blunt Swords or Hammer?

In common case - sword.
Solo bosses (world or public dungeons) are not hard.
And when you in group someone has armor reduction skills so you do not really need armor reduction passive.

Ive gotten up to 17k dps sustained with mace 2h sharpened. I havnt tried a sword with precise, to see how it is vs. the mace. So either way, you cant go too wrong, although Im not sure which is better between the two.
