Xivkyn motiff sold for 150k gold

if you put up glass/xivkyn motif for 150k and no one wants it for that price, you risk losing money because you either wait 30 days by which time the price will have definitely dropped, or if it doesn't sell in a week or two you remove it and re-list it for less, but take the hit on that deposit. id rather have a quick turn around low risk low reward. sell it for 100k now & get paid rather than 150k, risk not getting paid and only making 70k-80k in 30 days time on the re-list. but congrats if you are making bank. what location is guild trader out of interest?

is there an option to de-list an item? Never seen one. If there is one, they should remove it as people setting ridiculous prices should have to sit there and watch their over priced gear fester for the full 30 days.

Here's what I set things to on the xbone version:

Blue Motifs - 400
Daedra hearts - 150
Green recipes - 80
Blue recipes - 400
Primal motif - 19k
Perfect roe (i seem to get a lot of this) - 1k

And they all go within the first 2 days. I don't think I've ever had an item sit in any guild shop for more than 2 days. No doubt some of those will be taken by people who only buy up to sell higher and have them fester for weeks on end.

The ESO economy is seriously out of whack.. you have quite a lot of people with less than 100k, while another chunk that makes millions per week. Many of the top trade guilds that have a trader in a good spot will only take players that make big bucks, since there's the 500 player cap on guilds.. so...

The rich get richer, and the poor stay poor...

Luckily.. ESO gold has little meaning currently.

NA or EU (I hope NA). For those prices, I can actually stock up on Daedra Hearts! I get a lot of requests to make the that style in weapons and, for some reason, most Guild Traders still have them listed as stupid crazy prices.

1k for Perfect Roe? Are you sure? Because they're going for ~12k a piece

But I know how it is, though. So often I put up stuff for much less than standard just to get rid of it and because I don't know where to put it anymore (too many PvE trash set items and the like). I know the buyers take advantage and resell them, but that's their game from the moment they buy it, not mine anymore, and my inventory can breathe again^^ And the better stuff I prefer to give away to friends, but that's a different story

With addon like master merchants I'm surprised anyone has more than 200g with all the under cutting prices to make the sale

I will never pay any more than 10k for any 1 motif piece towards a certain style ever! If that means I have to wait 3 months for the prices to come down, that means I wait 3 months. I don't have to be the first kid on the block to get one.

Besides, the glass motif is damn ugly and I don't even want that one because of it.

The Xivkyn motif is more interesting, though they need to fix the dyes on it though as some colors don't take properly. Also, these things are not rare to find, they are just new right now. The rate at which you get them is the same if not easier than the Dwemer pages.

The Dwemer wasn't that rare because due to ESO tradition, people were exploiting a certain quest step instance to farm the pages and the ingredients. Took ZOS ages to fix, also in ESO tradition.
