so of all the fighters guild abilities only Circle of Protection hasn't bugged/exploited?

so far every fighters guild ability has some sort of broken exploit, i'm wondering if its purely to do with the extra daedra, ww and vamp tags, so someone find circle of protections exploit/bug. maybe the fear on one morph is spammable to perma cc?
