I've noticed when playing my sorcerer that when I cast Encase (Shattering Prison) with 1/2 Blood Magic and I'm missing health it does not heal me at all. Is this passive supposed to work with Encase? From the way its worded it should heal me 4% of my max health per NPC hit, so if I hit 4 targets I should heal 16% of my max health and instead it appears I'm healing 0%.
Blood Magic:
1 point: Hitting an enemy with a Dark Magic ability heals you for 4% Max Health
2 points: Hitting an enemy with a Dark Magic ability heals you for 8% Max Health
