Jewelry prices

Hello Zenimax!
I know, the subject has too low priority compared to all those cool new features and bugs, but anyway.
Great Zenithar, please make Zenimax address it some day.
So, I had a couple dozens of unenchanted jewelries of levels 10 to 30 dropped by enemies. I was hoping that some day some patch will give me a possibility to deconstruct them to something. I posted the jewelries to my guild stores for symbolic prices but only 1 was sold during months.
NPC traders offered 0 (*zero* !) for any unenchanted jewelry item regardless of its level.
At last, I gave up and discarded them all to Oblivion.
And it was so far from awesome to see all the shiny things go waste.
Meanwhile you design any appropriate jewelry crafting system, if any, why wouldn't you just assign some gold values to the unenchanted jewelries?
So it would make sense to sell them to NPS instead of destroying.
For example: level 1-10 jewelry for 1 or 2 gold, 11-19 for 4 and so on.
Enchanted jewelry prices should also worth a little bit more.
Thank you.

You mean white jewelry that doesn't even have a trait? What would anybody want to do with that?

    Correct.

Sell them to NPC traders for sybolic prices as I wrote. Otherwise the whites are almost junk.

OK. Those are not dropped from NPCs though. They come out of containers and like anything else that is white and comes out of containers is worth 0 gold.

The solution is to not pick it up.

    Yes. The whites *are* junk.

Coins are not a big deal in this case. I just hate to see useless items and strive for better ESO experience.

Exactly! That's what I'd like to see changed speaking of jewelries.

Blue ring that drops from boss in veteran City Of Ash. Has trait that increases its value by 180% (or something like that) and can be sold for...0 gold.
