Returning player need tips on NB!

Ok so i played a nightblade back when game was sub based. i didnt play long and i only have a nightblade up to veteran lvl 2.
My question is about race. Now im not a min maxer but i do like to have a bit of edge, or easier time if you will.
My NB is Bosmer, and i was wondering if that is a good choice for DW/Bow build. So should i stick to my Bosmer or maybe create a Redguard?
Btw i hate cats so no khajits
Also i like to play a sneaky rogue type of style so was wondering if i should go Vampire or Werewolf...i know vamp makes more sense with all the perks but 50% fire dmg really hurts and i plan to pve and pvp. Maybe just werewolf for 15% stamina as i wond change at all.
I also dont have Imperial but maybe i could get the upgrade cuz i will subscribe again to get acces to DLC and other advantages

Kobaal✭✭✭✭✭Bosmer is a great choice due to their racial passives. I would go Vamp for the bonus to speed in stealth.Kobaal - VR16 Dragon Knight - PC [NA] Azura Star

M4life✭Ok so heres my opinion:
1. Bosmer is now one of the better races for stamina builds, the regen bonuses are awesome.
2. Personally on my Stamina Nightblade(imperial) i am a vampire they reduced the fire dmg from 40% to 25%. But for me i love the burst of speed in stealth and the reduction in time it takes to get into stealth. So imo GO VAMPIRE!!!
3. Imperial is a great class but honestly the other races are equally as strong depending on your build choices.
