SO I noticed my stamina regen was severely reduced. This is happening pretty often but it is not constant because when i check my regens it jumps back up to what it should be. My stamina will run out 3x faster and when i checked it sure enough at was at 700-850 instead of in the 2000 range. In the video you can see this happening 3x and i can capture it hundreds more if necessary. After checking stamina regen will go back to normal for a period of time until it bugs again. Belidos✭✭✭✭✭As others have said Stamina does not regen when you move while hidden, and it takes a few seconds for it to kick back in when you stop, that's working as intended, you are clearly moving about while hidden in that video.Edited by Belidos on September 22, 2015 7:19AM0 -

Hence the fight im in the middle of and I check it and it's at 8 something instead of two thousand. Explain how it happened in the middle of the fight. The first example is in the middle of fights so watch again. No stealth in that example. Thanks again for trying to know it all but you're all wrong. Plus the point here thats the most solid, if it's intended then why is it jumping back to to 2k?If it was supposed to drop to 800 it wouldn't be jumping back up when i check it. Explain that if it's supposed to be lowered in sneak why is it jumping back up? And why has it never happened before the update? Why does it happen only part of the time? You all jumped my gun pretty quick.The very first clip in the video there is no stealth. First one watch again. Nope just running down the hallway. Yup other two i was stealthed but not that one and it still happened. Looks like everyone's big theory they had to attack me over is WRONG. There's a bug that has been introduced fairly recently that allows you to regenerate stamina even while sneaking. Using a stamina regen drink will effectively allow you to regenerate stam while sneaking. Or sprinting, which is what you did in the first part of the video.

pressed pause ..at 2 sec your already in stealth..there is definitely something going on with magica and stam regen. But what you have shown isnt it.

pressed pause ..at 2 sec your already entering stealth
at the start of the far to short clip you have just been sprinting ..which also cancels stam regen .
